Zest4Kidz was founded by Stuart & Maggie Wilson in 2006 after 8 years experience in working with international aid organizations. This married couple with three young children, decided they wanted to make a difference in the lives of the worlds "less fortunate children". They differ from other organizations by not only loving the wonderful children they meet, but also by caring for the carers of the children
Every Orphanage or centre  Zest4Kidz work with become part of the Zest4Kidz family and needs are met ongoing.

About 10 years ago Stuart had what he calls a " Popeye" moment. Speaking about the cartoon character Stuart explains" Popeye would see his friend olive oil being treated badly or receiving too much attention from Brutus, who was a giant of a man in comparrsion to Popeye. Eventually Popeye would say" I can't stand it, I can't stand it no more"... he would eat spinach and imediately his muscles would burst and he would defend his friend.

Stuart had a popeye moment in an orphanage in Eastern Europe when he discovered kids living in horrible circumstances. He came out saying "I can't stand it" no more and set about making a difference in the childrens lives he would reach.

Zest4Kidz came about as a result of many people having supported Stuart & Maggie and today has a huge volunteer base and network of committed people who will not " stand" to see children being hurt or traumatized. Every " Zesty" is committed to the cause by " bringing light into little lives".
