Childrens Orphanages

Zest4kidz are committed to orphanages in Belarus, Georgia and Uganda and arrange ongoing trips bringing teams to these countries. We also supply some of their immediate and physical needs, including medicines, vitamins, nappies, school packs, clothing and shoes and fun gifts too.

We help and encourage the staff of the orphanages and the aid organizations backing up the staff, by meeting practical needs.

It is important to note every orphanage that we visit becomes part of the Zest4Kidz team and ongoing needs are met for the children living in each place. We use our partners in each country to supply things the children may need. Everything from food, papers and pens for school and sanitary items are bought ongoing and supplied.

TESTIMONIAL OF AN ABANDONED CHILD:

Leanna was left in a pawn brokers in exchange for alcohol by her mother at age 4. She cried evry night waking saying no one loved her or cared for her. She wet the bed and suffered from depression. At age 7 I visited her spent about 4 hours with her and told her I loved her, I explained how God loves her and even though she might feel lonely God would always love her and would never leave her. Two days late we heard Leanna was waking but not waking the bed, she told the director of the orphanage that she was OK "Cos a man came here yesterday and told me he loved me, he hugged and me and said God loves me and will never leave me alone." Leanna changed the orphange she lived in by reassuring all the other boys and girls in the same way.
