Testimonial of a Child Prisoner

"The Irish team came with great fun and joy. I did not know what to expect. We are not used to such singing and dancing. It has been a long time since we see such things. We enjoyed the self defence and football the best. The discussion groups are very interesting and we hear about life outside the prison which we like very much. I hope they come back some day. 5th-12th Jan 2010 Childrens Prison & Orphanage Project

This trip will take 25 girls from a young persons prison out of the prison on a winter camp they will run the programme for 50 children from a local orphanage developing their junior leadership skills. They will also be given a winter camp full of games and fun and shown they are cared for and loved. This is a very powerful programme.

Cost of trip approx €1800 plus €400 donation to Zest4Kidz

We will be also be sending over a team 2nd-9th January 2011
